Basic Game Rules:

The following will be the basic games rules implemented for both league and one-day tournament play at Bradford Beach in 2011:

- 5 vs 5 (includes one goalkeeper)

- 10 player roster

- Three 10-minute periods.

- No throw-ins (all kick-ins)

- Pass-backs are allowed

- No offsides

- Jewelery is prohibited / Socks are permitted

- Red cards: a team must play down a man for the rest of the period

- Rec cards: a team can return to full strength the following period, but the player sent off can not participate again in that game.

- Teams down by five goals can bring on an extra player

- "On-the-fly" unlimited substitutions

- Players will be required to sign a waiver every week.

- Players must be at least 18 years old.
